Calandiva® growers in Denmark

An international group of Calandiva growers visited the Fides breeding facility of Calandiva in Denmark. A large trial of new and coming soon varieties was set up, specifically for this visit. Among these trials varieties ranging from pure white, large flowered Calandiva’s, main stream yellow, orange, but also complete new flower types and large flower sizes. Growers have judged and selected their most promising varieties. Later this year these varieties will be tested at the growers for possible iintroduction in 2012.
